Industrialization Specialist

Participating in new product development activities, contributing to the definition of Should Cost, Bill of Materials, and component specifications

Supporting the Technical Department in the industrialization of components by applying DTC and DTA methodologies

Overseeing the implementation and introduction of new projects into the production lines

Defining the optimal production layout to achieve required output volumes

Designing and supervising the development of new production lines

Defining the production equipment needed to meet quality and productivity targets

Identifying opportunities to reduce assembly time and overall costs

Analyzing production processes, identifying key issues, and proposing improvement solutions

Supporting the Industrialization Manager in managing projects aimed at product improvement, cost reduction, and process and workflow standardization

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or equivalent disciplines

Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Knowledge of the main manufacturing processes used for mechanical components

Familiarity with Design to Cost and Design to Assembly principles

Basic experience in manufacturing cost estimation is appreciated

Good English language skills, both written and spoken

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies
