Full-depth mixing for dense products
DEEPstir is the COROB automatic immersion mixer for dense coatings, plasters and fillers that shaking a sealed can never fully resuspends.
It completes the COROB range of mixers and shakers. Available in the Frontal access version [FA] or version with Lateral Access [LA]. It works the product at full depth, so the batch comes out uniform the first time.

Line integration in a compact footprint
Both versions can be built into a production line: conveyors are placed in front of the [FA] version or at the sides of the [LA] version, so the line follows the space available. DEEPstir handles heavy pails in a footprint of 0.62 m², with a 430 mm loading height that lets the pail slide into position instead of being lifted.

Mixing programs tailored to your products
Up to 30 mixing programs are stored on board, each one set over five phases of speed, duration and rotation direction; the programs can be customized from the keypad or in the EVOservice software to match a specific product mixing requirements.

Simple operation and status at a glance
Operators do not require any specific training because the mixer is extremely easy to use. Color-coded LED indicators show the machine status from a distance, speeding up troubleshooting.

Hands-free from cycle start
The automatic clamping system holds round and oval cans through every mixing phase, eliminating the need for operator intervention once the cycle has started.

Less product waste, faster cleaning
As soon as the impeller lifts, a retractable drop saving device slides underneath and collects the dripping product. The drop saving tray unclips without tools, allowing it to be washed outside the machine.

Safety devices for standalone and in-line operation
Both versions are fitted with a door safety device, and optoelectronic safety barriers on the [LA] version integrate the mixer safely into conveyor lines.
