PRODUCT SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE TEAM (PSIRT)
This section is dedicated to receiving and managing reports of potential vulnerabilities affecting COROB products with digital elements, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
The EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) establishes cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and serious incident notification obligations on manufacturers of products with digital elements.
This page provides an official contact point for customers, partners and other parties who identify a potential product security issue, ensuring that reports are routed to the designated COROB Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) and handled with priority and confidentiality.
A vulnerability is any weakness in the software, firmware or digital interfaces of our machines that could be exploited to compromise the integrity, availability or confidentiality of the product or of user data.
How to report a security vulnerability
To report vulnerability, use the form below, which will guide you through providing all the necessary information.
Please give us as much detail as you can. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Your report will be assigned a unique Case ID and you will receive an automatic acknowledgement at the email address provided.
Further communications regarding the report will be sent to the Company Security Contact Email you provide, this must be a monitored organisational email address, not a personal account.
