Three core technologies protect colorant integrity: the NoPurge Piston Pump (NPP) eliminates daily purging; Dynamic Speed Control (DSC) detects viscosity changes to adjust dispensing speed in real time; and formula recovery preserves the full recipe through any interruption, resuming from the exact stoppage point with zero waste. The patented stirring system—featuring variable-section paddle geometry with blade action at the walls and shaft—eliminates dead zones and sedimentation.
